This website is owned and operated by Agility Forex Ltd (“Agility Forex”, “the
Company”) and consists of both public and private areas. The Public Area has
unrestricted access whereas the Private Area is restricted and is accessed via a
Username and Password. Anybody using a username and password will
assumed to be fully entitled to do so and Agility Forex will accept no
responsibility for misuse or unauthorized access, other than where Agility Forex
has been notified in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. References to
the Website in this Agreement are intended to cover both Public and Private
Areas.
All of this Site including but not limited to logos, graphics, icons, text, images and
software (“the Content”) is owned by Agility Forex or our content providers and
is protected by international copyright law.
